Fulfillment Timeline

Ready-to-Wear orders ship within 2-5 business days. We carefully inspect and beautifully package each piece to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, ready to make you unforgettable.

Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons (November-December), processing times may extend to 5-7 business days due to increased volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery for special occasions and gift-giving.

Exchange Policy

We want your piece to be perfect. For Ready-to-Wear items, we offer size and style exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• In pristine, unworn condition with original tags attached

• Free from any signs of wear, alterations, or fragrance

• Returned within 14 days of delivery date

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Due to the luxury materials and craftsmanship of our designs, we maintain a no-refund policy. All purchases are final, though we're absolutely here to help you find the perfect fit through exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at info@astonishingapparel.net within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

• Your order number

• Item(s) you'd like to exchange

• Preferred replacement (size/style)

• Photos if there's a quality concern

We'll respond with return authorization and confirm availability of your exchange item. Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 2 business days for processing), we'll ship your new piece right away.

Exchange Guidelines

• Exchanges are subject to current availability

• Client is responsible for return shipping costs (trackable method recommended)

• Items showing evidence of wear will be ineligible for exchange

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Returns received outside our 14-day window cannot be accepted
