We know this can be very inconvenient but soon as the pandemic is over we will return back to our normal policies such as exchanges, refunds, and pay later options. Due to high quality and customization of our designs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Astonishing Apparel designs are 100% handmade in house. To better assist you, we are happy to offer store credit on eligible items.
All regular priced items are eligible for store credit unless otherwise stated in the items return policy. To qualify for store credit please be sure that your item(s) is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All returns must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned outside of the 14 day grace period will result in ineligibility to receive store credit and your package will be returned to sender.
Store credits are valid for a lifetime. Store credits will be authorized via an e-gift card that will be emailed to you, once your return is quality controlled and approved. We will update you every step of the way (via email). Please allow 2 business days for returns to be processed. We will email you when the return is received and within processing.
Customers will be responsible for return label fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Since all items are custom made and we do not sell wholesale, all orders are made one by one from start to finish to your specific measurements. Therefore, expect your order to be at your door within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Prom season turn around time (January- May) 4-7 weeks production time before shipment.
Also, please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes! Please double check that all information provided is accurate for we are not liable if the wrong information is given.
I want to order something but I need it to arrive before the 2-3 week lead time. Is this possible?
Yes. Rush orders are possible but at an additional price. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
The sooner the better. At least 2-3 weeks before your event. For prom, at least 4 months before the date.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
No. Being that material is ordered the same day your order is made we do not offer cancellation of orders.
My order has arrived and it doesn't fit quite right. What can I do?
If an item is too big, we will happily amend your order free of charge. If you have given the wrong measurements and your order is too small, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. We can make things smaller but we cannot make things bigger. Please be sure that you review the size guide if ordering a standard size and please be sure that you enter the correct measurements if you decide to provide your measurements.
