Jasmine Samone is a self-taught couture fashion designer, wardrobe stylist, and the visionary behind Astonishing Apparel. Based in Houston, Texas, Jasmine's love affair with fashion began in childhood and transformed into a remarkable career built on passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

At just 14, Jasmine graduated from Barbizon Modeling and Acting School and then immediately discovered her true calling: sewing. What started as a teenage passion evolved into Astonishing Apparel, which she officially launched in May 2015 while pursuing her Bachelor's in Business Management at Sam Houston State University. Upon graduating in December 2017, Jasmine immediately dove into full-time entrepreneurship, making her debut at Los Angeles Fashion Week in March 2018.

 

Since then, Jasmine has built an impressive portfolio designing and styling for celebrity photoshoots, concerts,  red carpet events, and high-profile occasions. Her work is characterized by bold glamour, intricate embellishments, and the kind of show-stopping details that make people stop and stare.

 

In 2019, Jasmine began sharing her expertise through sewing instruction, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience to aspiring designers and sewing enthusiasts. Her teaching style combines technical precision with creative freedom, empowering students to master both foundational skills and the luxury techniques that set couture apart from the ordinary.
